Personalized Yoga Sessions

Yoga is a wonderful way to connect mind and body. Private, personalized yoga classes can be a fabulous experience, especially if public yoga classes are not a fit due to your unique needs, preferences, and/ or schedule. I teach vinyasa and hatha yoga, with a strong core focus. The sessions do so much: tone, strengthen, help with mobility, stability, athletic performance. Plus you’ll experience stress relief!

Personalized Pilates Sessions

Pilates is a fitness-based format, with a focus on the core. The core, “powerhouse” in Pilates parlance, starts at your shoulders and encompasses your back, abs, pelvis, and thighs. Pilates encourages long, lean muscles, a healthy back, and yes, awesome abs. I love Pilates as both a stand-alone workout and mixed in with yoga. It’s a great solution for back pain and overall back care. And yes, Pilates will improve your yoga practice, as well as other athletic endeavors. A good core connection tends to do that, and make life more enjoyable overall!

Mindfulness-Based Stress Relief Offerings:

Restorative Yoga: Restful yoga poses done on props. A wonderful way to soothe tension and stress out of the body and mind. Deep relaxation can also help with weight loss and boost energy. A truly magical practice, worth experiencing!

Reiki Healing: Universal life force energy is channeled through the Reiki practitioner’s hands. Reiki can help with stress, limiting beliefs, physical ailments, and more. Ask for a few minutes of Reiki at the end of a mindful movement session to get a taste of it.

Guided Relaxation/Yoga Nidra: Stressful modern life leaves us with precious little time to “rest and digest” all that we take in: food, experiences, media, feelings, and so much more. Enter guided relaxation. You lie down or sit comfortably, and the verbal guidance I offer will leave you feeling more connected to your body, help ease the mind, and yes, it can definitely improve your sleep. You might even fall asleep during our session, and that’s perfectly okay! Over time, these practices can help clear subconsciously held limiting beliefs.

Fun Fact: A 20-30 minute Yoga Nidra session is said to equal 2.5 HOURS of deep sleep.

Session Rates

Sessions typically range between $99-250, depending on factors such as session length and location.
