Hi, I’m Bria Tavakoli. I’ve created Private Yoga + Pilates Boulder to serve busy professionals in the area. I work with athletes, tech entrepreneurs, marketing executives, lawyers, psychotherapists, doctors, busy parents, bankers, students, couples, and so many other awesome folks.

If your schedule, preferences, post-pandemic-era comfort level, and/or interests don’t fit with the standard studio or gym class scenario, it would be my honor and pleasure to hold mindful movement space for you. No cookie cutter sessions here, I promise. Your customized sessions are time for just for you. You’ll return to your job, family, sports, and life feeling more clarity, more centered, and rocking a powerful calm focus.

Athletes take note: If you’re looking for mindful movement and relaxation sessions to enhance your athletic endeavors, I’ve got you covered. I myself love to hike, rock climb, dance, take barre classes, bike, and generally stay active.
